一、内骨架的制作

1、根据雕塑模型按比例核算到所需高度雕塑内骨架的规格采用12#、10#、6.3#槽钢和76mm*3mm,50mm*3mm,32mm*2.75mm 的管材，5*5角铁从底往上，由粗变细，由密而疏焊成方笼。

1. Design of main support

2） 稳态风载。在选定风速下一般考虑正面、侧面、背面、等四个方面作用在雕像身上的各方向风力。为提高结构安全，对统计出的实际重量，风速还得加一个放大系楼再用于主，副支架的设计。放大系数的大小每座雕塑都不尽相同，因各地的风速，温差，雕像自身结构物点等有所不同，前两者要从当地多年的统计选定，后者则要从雕像身高度与底面直径之比值来考虑，风载大小可根据风速进行计算，再用模型风洞试验测点数据，验证后确定。

Z轴的横截面与雕塑外廓交线的一线点量取其平面坐标值。取点数的多少,应以能准确绘制出此截面上一圈外廓形状 的曲线为准。测得各点的坐标值乘5以后就得到了（1:1）足尺像的平面坐标值。各横截面之间在Z轴上的间距为0.5-（1:1值），逐层向上测量，就得了整座雕塑外形的空间坐标。再使主架外形与雕塑外形相似，流出两者间0.5-1.0m的间隙，这样就确定了主架的外形和尺寸后。

型钢焊接主架利用槽钢、角钢等型材焊接连成主支架。它有很好的刚度、强度，制作，安装比较主便。大多数的几何图形状作准确的难度大，在安装过程中往往会出现主架与铜壁板间有碰撞现象。而雕塑的铜壁板的外形不允许变动，只能修改主支架。
