一、内骨架的制作
The making of internal skeleton
1、根据雕塑模型按比例核算到所需高度雕塑内骨架的规格采用12#、10#、6.3#槽钢和76mm*3mm,50mm*3mm,32mm*2.75mm 的管材,5*5角铁从底往上,由粗变细,由密而疏焊成方笼。

1、 主支架设计

Z轴的横截面与雕塑外廓交线的一线点量取其平面坐标值。取点数的多少,应以能准确绘制出此截面上一圈外廓形状 的曲线为准。测得各点的坐标值乘5以后就得到了(1:1)足尺像的平面坐标值。各横截面之间在Z轴上的间距为0.5-(1:1值),逐层向上测量,就得了整座雕塑外形的空间坐标。再使主架外形与雕塑外形相似,流出两者间0.5-1.0m的间隙,这样就确定了主架的外形和尺寸后。

型钢焊接主架利用槽钢、角钢等型材焊接连成主支架。它有很好的刚度、强度,制作,安装比较主便。大多数的几何图形状作准确的难度大,在安装过程中往往会出现主架与铜壁板间有碰撞现象。而雕塑的铜壁板的外形不允许变动,只能修改主支架。
