曲阳石雕，中国民间雕刻艺术，是汉白玉大理石雕刻的代表。其造型逼真，手法圆润细腻，纹式流畅洒脱。据《曲阳县志》记载：“黄山自古出白石，可为碑志诸物，故环山诸村多石工”。位于曲阳城南的黄山，盛产汉白玉大理石，洁白无瑕，经久耐磨，是雕刻的上等石料。早在汉代，曲阳一带的石雕艺人就用汉白玉大理石雕刻石果、碑文、龙凤、雄狮、观音、佛像等各种工艺品。

According to the records of Quyang County, "Huangshan has white stones since ancient times, which can be used as inscriptions, so there are many stone works in the villages around the mountain.". Huangshan, located in the south of Quyang City, is rich in white marble. It is spotless and durable. It is the first-class carved stone. As early as the Han Dynasty, stone carvers in Quyang area used white marble to carve stone fruits, inscriptions, dragons and phoenixes, lions, Guanyin, Buddha statues and other handicrafts.
